Head of Human Resources - Saudi Arabia Gulf Connexions is currently working exclusively with a high profile asset management firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key to their continued success in the market is the need to successfully attract and hire an experienced, pragmatic and commercially focused HR leader to join their management team. The successful incumbent will take responsibility for all HR related topics within the bank including but not limited to employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management and training and development. Responsibilities: • Design and implement a compelling HR strategy to support the achievement of the overall business operations. • Proactively provide professional HR advice and support on HR issues, policies and projects. • Manage annual review process, partnering with Managers to create action plans for top performers and also under performers. • Function as a trusted advisor and business partner to senior management. • Initiation and development of succession planning and employee development programs. • Ensure proper execution of personnel administration functions.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Recourses, Business Administration or similar. • CIPD qualified. • Minimum 10 years of solid experience delivering a full range of HR generalist activities with the last 4 years of experience being in a managerial level required. • Direct experience of supporting a management team. • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the Human Resources field including employment laws, compliance procedure and best practices. • Ability to manage, motivate and monitor a team. • Extensive communications experience, including exceptional writing ability and presentation skills. • Resilient and flexible with the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
